Terms & Conditions


These Terms & Conditions shall apply to all sales through DravTech and will exclude application of any deviating general or specific conditions or terms of buyer. No waiver or modification of these Conditions of Sale shall be binding upon DravTech, unless approved in writing by an authorized representative of DravTech.

Price and Payment 

Every product is shown including tax. In the shopping cart you can see the total price including all fees, taxes, shipping and method of payment. The only approved payment option is through Paypal.


The web store will calculate correct shipping charges for either domestic shipping, shipping within the EU and shipping to other countries. We ship our products as Registered Mail from Sweden using PostNord as shipping carrier. Each shipment will receive an unique item ID and can be tracked all the way from posting to delivery in more than 30 countries. The shipment is also insured.

Pricing for shipping options will be presented before you finish your checkout. If you put some items in your shopping cart you can use the calculate shipping tool to see what the shipping charges will be without actually needing to complete an order.

DravTech is managed on our spare time as a registered business, so please allow up to 3 days for your order to be updated and shipped. We try our best to ship and update every day, however sometimes a short delay can occur.

Returning products

Returning a product is to be done on your expense, unless the product is faulty or damaged upon delivery. Returned products are to be sent as letters or postal packages, and not for COD. Please pay for insurance for any return shipments, as we are not responsible for merchandise that gets lost or damaged in transit. When you have applied the return policy you shall return the product personally or by mail to us.

Return Policy 

DravTech return period is 14 days.

DravTech shall, if under the jurisdiction of our return policy, refund you what you have paid for the product as soon as possible, but latest within 30 days of the product being returned. You are oblige to pay for the return delivery of the product. DravTech will pay to send replacement products.

In your message to us you must clearly state that you regret your purchase. The return period is counted from the day you received the the product. If you have purchased a customized product -or a product with a significant personal customization, the return period is counted from the day DravTech have informed you about the product and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

You do not qualify for our return policy if: 

If the product is not longer new and unused.

When returning a product/service: 

-You are obliged to keep the product in the same condition as when delivered.

-You must not have used the product/service, however you have the right to investigate the condition the product was in when delivered. If damage or harm is caused to a product while investigated the product does not qualify for the return policy.


If for any reason you receive what you believe to be faulty or damaged parts, please contact us and we will replace those parts for you.

Privacy Policy 

When ordering a product you will be asked to fill in you personal information. Upon purchase you agree to this information is stored in accordance with DravTech’s privacy policy in order to fulfill our agreement to you as our customer. In accordance to the Swedish law of Personuppgiftslagen (198:204) you have the right to know the information DravTech have registered about your person. If the information is erroneous, incomplete or irrelevant, you may ask to have your information corrected and/or removed. If this is the case please contact us.

Force Majeure 

DravTech is not liable for any non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, which directly or indirectly prevents, obstructs or renders production, delivery or freight uneconomical until such obstacle has been removed (force majeure). Such circumstances shall be deemed to include difficulties to procure raw materials as well as other difficulties and disturbances, including but not limited to war, riot, labour conflicts, fire, flood, storm, accident, fuel or power shortages, transportation shortages, obstacles or interruptions regarding transportation at sea and breakdowns or interruptions of any kind as regards to our equipment or facilities, which are deemed necessary for the performance of our agreements’ obligations.
